IMCFest 2009 Is Online
Urbana’s Indepedent Media Center is hosting its IMCFest event this weekend, and the official website goes live today. The site has the full festival schedule, band bios, ticket information and more.
The Kartemquin Store opens today
Today we helped launch Kartemquin Films’ new online store, featuring the company’s entire DVD catalog, plus T-shirts and other cool stuff. Checkout is handled by Amazon Payments (a first for us) and the catalog is powered by the same custom Rails application that handles the rest of the site.
Typeface Titles
We recently completed the in-film titles and graphics for the upcoming documentary, Typeface and are now patiently waiting for the Chicago premiere. Below are a few examples of the final work.
Two Kartemquin Films headed to Amsterdam Doc Fest
Congratulations to our friends at Kartemquin who will have two films in this year’s International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam: At the Death House Door and Milking the Rhino.
In the Family Premieres on PBS
In the Family, the new documentary from Joanna Rudnick and our friends at Kartemquin Films, premieres this month on PBS.

Typeface Fundraiser
We had a great time last night at the fundraiser for the film Typeface, a documentary about the Hamilton Wood Type Museum. The Typeface website we designed as plenty of information about the film and its progress.
Milking the Rhino Premiere
We were happy to be part of the premiere of Milking the Rhino last night at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago. It will be playing daily until the end of September.

Redesigned In the Family site goes live
The newly redesigned site for In the Family is now up and running. Its a complete overhaul of their previous site and now features an extensive resources section along with more videos, forums and other user participation.
